What Tredio is, and is not

• Tredio is not a broker, does not place trades, and is not connected to your trading accounts.
• It gives no signals, recommendations or profit claims.
• Figures come from what you enter. Check position sizes and contract specifications with your broker before trading.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to reach other users' data or disrupt the service.

Plans and payments

• The Free plan costs nothing. Starter and Pro are paid plans; prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay.
• A monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the app. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• A one-off payment covers 1 or 12 months and does not renew.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right.
• When a paid plan ends, nothing you recorded is deleted; only new records count against the Free limits.

Referrals

• Share your referral link. When someone signs up with it and pays, you earn 8% of their first payment.
• A referral counts only if the new trader signs up with your link, within 7 days of creating their account and before paying. Referring yourself or accounts you control does not count.
• Earnings unlock 14 days after the payment. A refunded payment cancels its earning.
• You can withdraw to a bank account in a supported country (currently Nigeria) once NGN 5,000 is available. We check each request before paying it and may hold or refuse payments that look like abuse.
• We may change or end the referral programme; earnings already available are still paid.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time. How we handle them is explained in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tredio available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Contact: support@tredio.tech.
