Privacy policy

Tredio is a record-keeping and risk-calculation tool for traders. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Your account details: email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or add a display name.
  • What you enter: trading accounts, balances, limits, strategy checklists, trades, notes and chart screenshots.
  • Your plan and payment status: which plan you are on and when it renews. Card and bank details go to Paystack, never to us.
  • Referrals: who signed up with your link, the commission earned on their first payment, and the bank details you give us when you ask to withdraw. People you refer are shown to you only by plan and amount, never by name or email.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in cookies and server logs.

How we use it

Only to provide Tredio to you: to sign you in, store and show your records, calculate figures from your own settings, send the in-app notifications you set up, and manage your plan. We do not sell your data, show you ads, or use your records to give trading signals.

Who helps us run Tredio

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage (servers in the EU).
  • Vercel: hosting of the website.
  • Paystack: payments for paid plans.
  • Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google", to confirm who you are. We receive your name and email address.
  • GitHub: private nightly database backups, kept for 30 days.

Your records stay private

Every record is tied to your account and protected so that no other user can see it. Chart screenshots are stored privately and shown to you through links that expire after a few minutes.

Your choices

  • Export everything you recorded as a CSV file from Settings, at any time and on any plan.
  • Correct your details in Settings.
  • Delete your account from Settings. Your records are removed straight away; copies in backups expire within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, a cookie that remembers a referral link for 30 days, and your browser's storage to remember your light or dark theme. No tracking or advertising cookies.
